Have tried other sites, looking for something that is semi-basic, meets my needs. So far I like what this site can do for me. I am turning 35 in March and want to loose about 40lbs. Trying very hard to eat right and keep up with what I eat. Working out to P90X and trying to fit in cardio everyday. Really like P90X, but I am the type that gets bored easily, so far I am not with this, other than having to stay focused when doing the Yoga dvd. Not that into Yoga. I am counting down the days.
