175 cal breakfast burrito

Morning,
I just made the yummiest breakfast and wanted to share it with you. I love breakfast burritos, but not the calorie count so much. These burritos are just as yummy, filling and you get two for only 175 calories.

take two iceburg lettuce leaves and put on your plate. you'll need them whole as these will be your wrap. boiled two eggs to whatever time you prefer them and in a pan sautee 1/2 a courgette, two mushrooms and a tsp of fajita seasoning and some tabasco. when cooked put the veggies in the lettuce leaves. chop the egg and put on top of the veggies with a squirt of any red or brown sauce you like and dive in. i think i could eat these all day nomnomnomnomnom x
