I've just bought some of these protein bars, anyone here had them? Should I have one or two a day?

    Which ones did you get (there's Promax meal, Promax diet, Cyclone, Viper, Progain...)?

    I find them good but they changed the recipe earlier this year so they're not half as nice anymore :( It says on the pack not to eat more than two per day. I find them handy as a quick, protein-rich snack especially post workout and I like that they're so low in sugar. I eat the Promax Meal bars as they've less sugar than the Diet ones.

    I've used them as a high protein snack, or as a meal if I'm really busy and don't have time to make and eat something. I also find them great after a workout.
