Well at the start of last year i joined here to lose weight i managed to lose maybe about 9lbs then quit and i gained some of that back but now I'm back with the right frame of mind and would like to lose weight again the thing is I've recently got quite active I've been going climbing and playing badminton, so is it true that muscle weighs twice as much as fat? my friend thinks she's seen me slim down a bit but my measurements haven't seemed to change since i was last on here and the scales haven't changed much either but i also thought maybe i have slimmed down a tiny bit but i think maybe its just my imagination or wishful thinking. Plus if i gain more muscle and lose more fat my scales arnt going to be saying that my weight will just stay the same or even worse increase.
