I woke up a little lazy today, and have a lot to do tonight, so I wasn't going to head to the park for a walk. (because those are really good excuses, right? no)
Then I browsed the mfp forums, read a few success stories, read about some people's fitness routines, etc... and I'm gonna suck it up, put on the sneakers, and hit the trail. Maybe I will jump around on some rocks too, for a little added fun.
So, thank you.
and if you are feeling too lazy today to get off your *kitten* today like I was ... I know you can find an hour, too. no excuses right?
