Loosing weight after giving up smoking.

Hi, has anyone got any tips on how to do this? I lost 2 stone in 2007 and after giving up smoking in 2010 the weight has gradually crept back on even tho I exercise 5 days a week, follow a weight watchers diet ( I dont eat bread, rice , pasta or bicuits, cakes, sweets etc), I have started using power plates now as well but nothing seems to be working. HELP!!!
