I'm dying to get a HRM, but I just can't right now (it is #1 on my list when I get working again).
So I've created a spreadsheet for myself based of the formula given here: http://www.livestrong.com/article/261838-how-to-calculate-the-calories-burned-in-a-workout/#ixzz21mbkQkuy
Its is not perfect, you have to estimate your average heart rate per workout, but it gets me in the ball park.
I would love to share it with you all, but am not sure how.
Suggestions?
