You are replacing fat with muscle which weighs more. I rarely see changes on the scale. But at 135 when I was in terrible shape and it was all fat looked not healthy. I'm at 129 (only a 6 lb difference) with more muscle than I have ever had in my life! I see definition in all the right places (still trying to get that ab definition though), and people tell me I look like I've lost weight all the time. So don't read too much into the scale sweetie. It's deceiving.0
