Under calories but gained weight

How can I be under calories--restricted enough to lose 1-2 lbs per week--and have gained 2.5 lbs?

  • I cant see you diary to be certain, but if your not eating enough then your body stores the calories it does get. depending on your exercise or workout plan, you may need to up your caloric intake.
    EX: My MFP calories are 1970, If I dont exercise or workout for that day then I eat atleast 1800 calories but no less. On the days i workout and have a awesome burn I will eat the 1970 and maybe 100-150 exercise calories.

    I know my ticker say 3 lbs lost, but since Ive been changing my lifestyle Ive lost 75lbs =) and this ^^ has helped achieve that weight lost
