Hey ya'll,
Was just looking online at some BMI calculators. Those are saying a healthy BMI for my height is going to be about 10 lbs less than my goal weight. Is your BMI still accurate if you weight train alot and want to have a decent amount of muscles at your goal?

Nope. most pit bodybuilders into the overweight or obese category.0

Standard BMI calcuations will not be accurate for strength training. The regular ones do not take into consideration any of your measurements, only weight & height for a man/woman.
I found one that is more accurate than that, even still the best way to is get a pinch test or water displacement test.
This is the website for the other one
Good luck!!

only number that should count is body fat %; not weight or BMI
Aslong as that is in the "healthy" region, you are set0 -
no. pounds are pounds when it comes to that. it doesn't care whether those pounds are fat, water, muscle. I personally only look at my body fat%.0
