Howdy YALL! Im just a hometown girl who has been munchin too much. I have two kiddos and a hubby! we :heart: snacking! I :heart: sweets! after my first child I lost 50 pounds...here's round two! I pray it goes well! Hopefully this thing will help me keep myself under control because I HATE DIETS!

    Truly diets will be the death of an individual's goal, meaning long term to attempt to keep at it, 99% of those who go that route will fail it seems. Knowing what your body needs nutritionally as well as exercising is the key. Then ofcourse one has to be serious in their resolve to do the thing's one must do to lose & maintain which is mental & physical. Once that happens it truly is easy, because you no longer want those severely unhealthy food items & you will want to exercise to feel even better than you already feel now that you changed your eating habbits. :smile: .
