Need to lose 18lbs

Its been almost two years since I had my baby and I need to lose the 18lbs. Please help me!!!! I'm currently eating 4pcs of turkey meat, half bagel and a quarter nectarine for breakfast. Lunch turkey salad and dinner ....still working on a plan for that. I just started couch to 5k and hope to build up enough to actually lose some weight. Please help me get on the right path!
