Low Calorie Food Staples

What's your go-to food staple that keeps you on track? I'm in need of some ideas. I LOVE:

PB2 and Polander No sugar/fiber grape jelly sandwhiches
Walden Farms No calorie Pancake Syrup
Artic Zero (WOW)
Kroger low carb brand yogurt with fiber one cereal
Oatmeal Protein Bake dipped in syrup
Vitatops

Just need some additional ideas; getting soooo bored. I love eggs (well, egg beaters), oatmeal, anything sweet. Trying the 3-2-1 "cake" tonight!

    1) Lots of fruit. Mix it up here. Grapes, cherries, apples, oranges. So many great choices and so much variety with not many calories.

    2) Almonds. Not too many, but they're a great crunchy/salty snack and loaded with nothing but good stuff. Just watch the portions.

    3) Cut up vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower and broccoli and use something like a good hummus for dipping.

    4) A bowl of cheerios in skim milk. Packs a lot of whole grains and gives you tons of iron if you are struggling to get that into your diet.

    5) My favorite that I keep in my fridge nearly constantly is marinated cucumber slices. Two raw cucumbers, peeled and sliced super thin, 1 medium onion (skip it if you hate onions), chopped. Mix in 1/4 cup of white vinegar, 1/4 cup hellman's light mayo, a tablespoon of lemon juice, a tablespoon of white sugar and some fresh dillweed. Takes about 10 minutes to cut up and portion out and then 2 hours to refrigerate. The lemon juice keeps it fresh for a while. Very nice, fresh salad when you need it and packed full of stuff tha's good for you.

    6) If I need some more crunch, I go to Quaker rice cakes. SO many delicious flavors and less than 50 calories for a cake. The popcorn flavored ones are only 35.

    egg whites, PB2, Shirataki noodles, fresh veggies, fish, string cheese, fresh fruit, 100 cal popcorn. I could go on and on...

    Go-tos (or what I would keep in my kitchen, if I wasn't sharing it with others)......

    Veggies--I would be very happy with salad greens of all sorts, as well as other raw veggies for salads.
    Fruits--good for the sweet tooth.
    Canned beans--very good in salads.
    Pasta of all sorts--for the complex carbs
    Canned tuna--also for protein, and I can use it for different meals/
    Whole-grain cereal/oatmeal--for breakfasts.
    Lowfat milk/yogurt/cheese/sour cream--for calcium.
    Ramen noodles (without high-sodium seasoning packets)--a good base for various dishes.
    Eggs--for protein.
