Hi all, I'm new to this, so not sure what you might want to know! I'm a 6"1 32yr old male with an amputated right leg. I'm having some surgery soon, and my doc suggested that I ship as much weight as possible! I'm 15st 3lbs at present and I've lost 8lbs already using a watered down Atkins type thing! I heard about intermittent fasting and think I might give a 5:2 version of it a go, but I'm interested to see how my will power lasts at work!
Obviously exercise is an issue for me but I have just bought a hand bike which I intend to use for at least 40 mins per day. The calorie couner on it says that means I'll have burned 500 calories, but I don't believe it!
Anyway, feel free to ask questions or give me tips for success!
Cheers
