Exercise Before or After

Since I started MFP, I've been working out after dinner. I felt like I was working my dinner off. Tonight I changed up and worked out before, when I finally stat down for dinner I was about to starve.

Question..... is it better to workout BEFORE or AFTER dinner????

    Whatever works for you.

    But don't exercise on an empty stomach. If it's been more than 2 hours since you ate and you want to exercise, have a little something so you don't "bonk" (i.e., conk out from lack of energy).

    Truly whenever you get the chance is the best answer as long as you can get it in and actually exercise. :smile:
