Exercise Before or After

Since I started MFP, I've been working out after dinner. I felt like I was working my dinner off. Tonight I changed up and worked out before, when I finally stat down for dinner I was about to starve.
Question..... is it better to workout BEFORE or AFTER dinner????

Whatever works for you.
But don't exercise on an empty stomach. If it's been more than 2 hours since you ate and you want to exercise, have a little something so you don't "bonk" (i.e., conk out from lack of energy).0 -
in my expert opinion before during & after is always best.
