Okay, so I've been getting really frustrated with a lengthy plateau - I started on MFP in November 2011 and I've lost 11.2kgs (nearly 25lbs), but the vast majority of that came off in the first four months.

Over the past few weeks, I have tried to really step it up, in order to keep myself motivated and feeling like it's all worth SOMEthing, even though the scale hadn't really moved in months.

With a massive push with my diet and exercise - really trying to get lots of strength training and and make sure I hit my targets, I'm actually making some progress at last! Yay! Now, I know it's nothing like what a lot of people on here have achieved, but I'm gonna post because I feel good about it - I can see a difference just over the past few weeks, and that's all I need to keep my spirits up.
