Summer time help!

Hello!
Any suggestions for getting through the summer. Can't seem to stick to a schedule. It has been so hot and humid I don't feel like exercising. Don't feel like cooking. Anyone else in this situation.

    I agree! Really difficult. I've been working out more and just trying to maintain till summer is over. Would love to see what eveyone else is doing. Sorry not much help to you!

    We've barely had summer here, but try finding some healthy dinners that don't require much or any cooking. Or fire up the grill - I LOVE grilled veggies - toss in a little olive oil & spices and grill - soooooo yummy.

    As far as exercising maybe try some things that are outside your normal routine - swimming, kayaking, hiking in a shady forest - stuff that seems less like exercise and more like summer fun, but still gets you moving.
