I lost 1.5kgs in a WEEK!

So happy :D just started using this! I am exercising 6 days a week, for 45 minutes using a combination of walking (3 days), and workout DVDs (Biggest Loser Cardio Max). And I have been eating between 1300-1600 calories a day. And I haven't been hungry at all!

Hope this motivates people :)
