how were you able to know if you were eating an adequate amount of calories considering the intensity of the tapes?
i really want to start this program, but i'm getting a lot of conflicting information online concerning how many calories someone of my current size should have daily.
if any of you have links to some sort of calculators or formulas for figuring this out, i'd greatly appreciate it.

I've done Insanity and the Asylum three times each and never once followed the nutrition guides for either of them. But there are a lot of posts over at Beachbody.com that can answer this for you.0

Follow your normal nutrition protocol and adjust if you feel extremely sluggish or weak. Let common sense be your guide as to your intake each day.0
