How do I? Need help please....

Can anyone tell me what would be the easiest way to add the pounds I lost prior to joining MFP to my profile/ticker? I lost 10lbs before I started on this site and I would like for it to be reflected in my profile and on my ticker. Should I change my starting weight or just add in 10lbs one week? What would you advise me to do?

I'd change the starting weight.0

Go to checkin...And at the bottom there is a spot that says add new entry and allows you to put the weight amount and the date. Hope that helps.0
