Need a moment to Vent!!

I just joined MFP today, but in the past I can never stay on track!
I want to loose weight and i want to feel good about myself and ill stay on track for like a week and just quit. My husband is deployed so I have those days when i just wanna sit on my couch and eat a whole container of frosting. In my mind I want to do this but I have a major problem with when im bored I snack. And i dont excercise like i should cause ill be honest i get lazy with it and bored.
And my problem is I want to be able to get off the treadmill and step on the scale and see a pound gone. I dont like having to wait to see results which I know is stupid but I cant help it! I get so discouraged when i dont see a change so then I get sad and I go buy Taco Bell which puts my back a square one! I just cant seem to stay on track and I want my husband to come home and see a different me! Im really hoping this website helps me! And If anyone has any tips to help me out it would be great!
