Alright, I don't know how many carbs is too many, what type of carbs, etc etc to eat....I wanna get a flat stomach, and get lean and fit. Hopefully get some great results by next May.

I try to keep my diet as clean as possible, with an occasional treat. I usually eat things like nuts, eggs, chicken, tuna, vegetables, fruits, whole grain bread and whole grain, healthy cereals, and fat-free dairies (usually only skim milk).

So, is it OK to eat like a bowl of cereal for breakfast, and have a sandwich or some brown rice for lunch? Is that too many carbs? I know to avoid white foods. Like white bread, etc.

I know fruits and vegetables are carbs, too. But your body NEEDS grains. So any advice is good!

You're body doesn't need grains at all.

Basically if you want a flat stomach, maintain a consistent caloric deficit, get in adequate protein and fats and let the rest of your cals fall where they may. As for types of carbs, really doesn't matter, I'd eat ones you like to eat

Low carb is a perfectly legit way to eat., but you certainly don't have to to eat healthfully and lose weight. Choose whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables rather than simple Carbs like sugars and white flour. Keep your macros in mind, and you'll do just fine.

Cannot stress this any more. Moderate caloric deficit, enough protein/fats and leave the rest for whatever you want = success.
