how do you log 30 day shred???

Doing the 30 day shred but I don't know how to log it:/ halp! :3

    Circuit training.

    Orrr get yourself a heart rate monitor and log the burn from that yourself :)

    Livestrong.com says 30 DS burns 167 cals for a 150lb person which comes out to 1.11 calorie burned per pound of your body weight. I do it manually and adjust as I lose.
