well I made 75 before my lower back and pelvis started to hurt but on top of that i did 100 crunches, 100 pushups, 100 each bicep/tricep curl, 100 squats, 150 knee lifts, 100 each donkey kicks and inner/outer thigh lifts- hope that makes up for it0 -
