hi all, i have just started this and was wondering anyone who has done this also, if you do it every day??
i did the DVD for 2 days then had a day off!

is it ok to continue doing the way i have or should i be doing it every day??

    I'm doing the 6w6p one day a week (I have 6 different workouts to do during the week to avoid boring myself). I just started last week though, so I can't say how effective it is yet.

    I do the 6w6pk everyday, but sometimes when I am tired, I don't do it for 2 days in order to relax my muscles. So, it is up to you! The first two weeks are tough, so I would suggest taking 2 days off to relax and then start everyday or if you want to take 1-2 days off, make sure you stay on your calorie goals before exercise.
