Is it possible after losing weight to tone up your belly or are you doomed for tummy tuck? I'm only losing 40lbs however for the first time ever I noticed my belly kinda pouches out now and is getting rly flabby from losing my weight so fast. Is it possible that exercises can fix this? Or do I have to get smart lipo in the future? Lol its not an obsessive amount but smaller.

Smart lipo is not a tummy tuck.
and yes, plenty of toning exercises that would help. you seem to be young enough to where your skin should still be elastic enough to recover froma 40lbs weight loss.0 -

I know the difference because I almost payed for smartlipo however from all the photos ive seen NOTHING looks any different and im too young for a tummy tuck to be honest its ridiculous when ill prob have kids in the future and then rly need it.0 -
I've been looking into Smart Lipo but the cost + recovery time creeps me out. Also, the technology is so new that some traditional plastic surgeons think it's a scam.
I'm trying to really amp up my workouts this summer to see if I can just sweat it out the old fashioned way.0 -
I've done smart lipo and it was a complete waste of time, money and pain. I went to one of the best clinics in town, the results were minimal and if you gain any weight again, it'll go right back to the same place. You also risk getting a pudgy and unattractive stomach with lumps because the fat removal is "unnatural".
Just diet instead.0 -

eat clean, keep exercising, and it should do the trick!0 -

This. You are 25 years old. Way too young to even consider a tummy tuck. Eat well, exercise (with lifting) and drink plenty of water. And don't lose the weight fast, eat a small deficit so your skin won't get "flabby".0 -
Work to tone. Eat better and at a deficit, you'll be ok.0
