I lose confidence every once in a while, I would like some supporters to help me through the rough days. I can also help motivate you as well on your tough days!
Age and race doesn't matter to me, as long as you're human maybe you could make a new friend!

    I think everyone has days like that and that is a reason I have logged on here but using the community this time, just for the extra support and the fact I can help others.

    There is loads of support on here and the advice is on everyone posts and food logs.

    Stay positive and when you're low shout out and I am sure there will be loads of people posting to help you back up again! (including me!)
