Supplements?

I'm wondering if people take vitamins or dietary supplements? Right now I'm just taking a womens multi vitamin and tums (for calcium). I know that we should be able to get all we need through what we eat, but I'm concerned that with trying to lose weight and work out I may not be getting enough of something. A friends daughter (who is a dietitian) is starting up a company with some others called VitaPlanner, they customize your supplements to your needs.

What kind of supplements does everyone take, if any?
