*A male athlete can consume up to 6500 calories a day!!!
* Leg tapping or fidgeting can burn up to 300 calories a day!
* You burn more calories sleeping, rather than watching tv ( so instead of tv and if you are to lazy to exercise sleep instead!!)


Those are just some fun facts to help in the weight loss process!!!

    very interesting...I just read that fact about toe or finger tapping in a magazine! I do it alot at my desk :)

    I recently started marching in place when I am in the kitchen doing tedious jobs that don't allow me to move around a lot, like chopping veggies, washing dishes, etc. Hey, every little bit adds up!!

    Keep moving people. It burns calories. :)

    HURRAY FIDGETING. i guess people who fidget lose 9 more pounds a year on average than people who don't.
