Hi people

Just thought I'd drop by and say hello.. I'm Lucinda, 29 from West Yorkshire and been on the diet wagon since 2008 which I started at over 20st and with a few ups and down seem to be maintaining around 18.8-19 for the last couple of years, but it has been a hard struggle, especially as I suffer with PCOS as well..

After following 2 different diet plans over the year I've decided to jump on the calorie counting band wagon. Which up until the other month I wasn't doing too bad, but after hen do's, wedding, birthdays etc its time I got back on it.

In the month or so of not doing the plan I have only gained 5lb which I'm pleasantly surprised with.

Ive recently been doing a blog on books that Ive read and thought I'd get my diet blog updated as well and even reset all myfitnesspal information just as some extra encouragement to keep me going.
