Every month i go to a bunco group, and we bring food. Last month I made something bad then ate a lot of it. I want to make something low cal so i can feel better if I have some.

This months theme is hot appetizer. Anyone have any good hot appetizer recipe's that aren't horrible in calories.

Stuffed mushrooms!!! just dont add a bunch of cheese, mince the mushroom stems along with some onion, celery, garlic, tomato, breadcrums and some fat free cream of mushroom soup mix all together then fill the mushroom caps then lightly sprinkle with low fat parmesan or romano and then bake until golden brown...another idea is turkey meatballs in tomato sauce...yummy

If you put some turkey sausage cooked with the ground up stems, and some parmesean cheese and stuff in a mushroom cap and then broil. yum.

I love garbonzo beans in food processor with a little garlic, and eat with celery.

cherry tomatoes are fun to chomp on.

Stuffed tomatoes- Take calamata olives, brown rice cooked and chilled, vinegar, onion, and celery and stuff in a tomato.

a low fat slice of salami with a teaspoon of ff cream cheese then wrap like a tortilla around a stem of green onion. They are really pretty.
