I have lost about 22 pounds since I started MFP. So a BIG thank you to my friends on here and all of their support! Half the battle is won for me, and I am just looking for an extra kick in the motivation department. So if anyone has any tips on diet, weight loss, exercise and so on please let me know,
I am a SAHM, and do find at least 35 minutes to do an organized workout everyday, which trust me, is HARD. But I'm looking for more ideas for a more efficient workout. Ideas anyone?

There are a couple things I can add.
#1 CONGRATS
#2 Watch what you eat at night... Meaning something that has helped me is limiting the carbs at night. I try not to eat carbs after my lunch.
#3 A tip for workouts... Try switching it up a little. If your doing the same workout every day, throw in a completely different workout in. Also set a goal. Without a goal you will hit a wall. With a goal, even the same 35min workout becomes harder. (if your doing those two already, try adding one weights session in)0
