Cooked Mince- how to input it from the database.

I bought some lamb balls from the butchers (which are basically lamb mince with a bit of seasoning), which I had with dinner tonight. Now, I weighed the balls before cooking them tonight- two balls were 250g.
However, this is where the problems start, I skimmed all the fat off them as they cooked- and they ended up as 150g for two balls when I served them up. That's a difference of over 100g!
Ignoring the seasoning for a second... What on earth do I put into the database? Do I put 250g of raw lamb mince in? 150g of lamb mince?
Having had a look at the fatsecret website, it suggested that of 320 calories in 4 oz of meat, 239 of those come from fat. So, that's about 80 ish calories per 4 oz of just meat. Now, obviously, I won't have gotten all the fat out of the meat, but I'm now left even more confused.
