Transplant from WW...Hoping to get back on track!!!!

Hello to all who stop by to see my post. I am a 36 yr old single female. I started this journey 26 months ago. I started with WW and have lost 35 lbs and 21 inches overall. I am so very proud of that accomplishment!! I have run into a giant frustrating road block...i have been at a plateau now for 3 months!!! I cant see to get this to budge. i have bounced around these 2 to 3 lbs over and over and over. :explode: I workout pretty hard weekly and thought that maybe it was time to move to a different program as it seems as tho WW works great when you are in the beginning and just starting your workout regime. When talking to folks on WW about my weekly workout routine...i get a lot of "are you sure" "that seems like a lot" "I think you are over calculating". I can completely understand the thought and i have looked very hard at my workouts and the effort I exert. So i was thinking that maybe i needed to begin looking at calorie intake and outtake. So here i am. I have done kickboxing, p90x (i didnt make the full 90 day but i've dont a lot of the dvds quite often) and now i am just about ready to start Insanity (did the Fit Test yesterday...OMG). Am having a hard time knowing how much i should eat when working out hard like that and am not sure if doing the insanity nutrition plan is the right plan since at this point i'm not sure i can do 6 days a week of insanity...probably 5. Anyone been in the same type of situation? any ideas? thanks...please feel free to "friend" me...am looking to meet new folks. Happy Health all!!!
