Burning more calories than MFP recommends?

Per daily exercise, MFP suggests I burn about 170 calories. That's my daily goal. I usually burn between 250 - 350 calories. My weekly goal is about....1070 calories I believe. I have my goal set to lose 1.5 pounds a week. I'm about 140 pounds at 5'3", so this seems fairly realistic, right?

Should I burn less calories while I exercise? Or should I eat my exercise calories back? I'm not sure what to do :((
