I have been doing well all week, even though i had been studying for two exams. This morning I had poptarts for breakfast ( at 7 am), and went to my exams. I came back, (11am), and slept for 6 hours (5:30pm) because of exhaustion (spending all week with little sleep studying). I then sat and relaxed till like 8pm when i realized i hadnt eaten all day, and my stomach demanded food. I ignored it and went grocery shopping. I finally was hungry enough that i got food at chilis (the cajun chicken pasta and a salad) to go and got a small snickers blizzard from DQ. I ate that in about 5 minutes. I realized that i should not do that ever again. cause in that 5 minutes i consumed more calories than i should have had all day.

You took care of your exams. Now you can concentrate on taking care of YOU. So you made some unwise eating choices today, but tomorrow you can do better. Life is a journey and sometimes there are detours that put us off track. MFP is the roadmap that will get you back on the right track! Good luck!!!0
