Today I have started getting really serious about this. So i took a walk to Boots near work and got my self weighted on the machine there and will continue to get myself weighted on that machine every monday! I woke up feeling positive and good about this and i believe that I can do it!!!

My name is Wendy and i am 24!! i live in London, England. i have already lost a stone and a half in the last year due to splitting up with ex which ment less takeways and more eating healthy.
