FRS Healthy Energy--anyone use this?

This weekend after the Sprint Tri there was a tent with FRS giving away free samples. I took a powder and a mango drink in a bottle. I was impressed with the taste. Today I drank the power and was less impressed. anyone use this product? Just wondering if it's a good energy booster/healthy low calorie replenishing drink.

    I prefer my energy decidedly unhealthy.

    Never tried the powder. I have the cans of drink (light version) and sometimes have the chews. Really like it, especially having it before or just after a workout.
