Hello my fellow MFPers,
I am trying the Paleo eating plan to see if it will work for me. I read the 21 day transformation by Mark Sisson. He states to drop carbs down to no more than 100 g per day which isn't really a problem since I don't eat breads, pastas and cereals. My question has to do with figuring out how many grams of protein to eat a day. The second part of the question is i'm looking for some links to easy to understand information. I have tried vegan, low carb, high protein etc.

Hey man, as for the protein it should be around .8g-1.5g per lb of LBM depending on your overall goal. As for some websites, try www.everydaypaleo.com
