Good luck on your journey! What's your plan of attack?
  • I've done weight watchers before and I find that just keeping track of what I eat helps the most. Calories in and calories out with exercise. I did use the food diary on this site and it seems easy enough.

How much weight....just by tracking food or are you going to help foster a healthy cardiovascular system with running/jogging/biking/hiking and maintain healthy muscle mass with strength training?

Ooooh, New Year's Eve - what a great day to reach goal by!! Go buy a new party dress to wear that night and hang it on the wall for inspiration!

    Hmm....I might do this too!
  • Great idea about buying the party dress!
  • Just joined, what do you mean "feel free to add me if you want". How do I do that?
  • I will track my food and walk for now. I live in south Florida, so there will be no real hiking!

That was the same goal for me as well before I started logging my calories and activities. Hopefully I'll be 60 lbs lighter then, compared to when I started. But best of luck to you ladies in reaching your goal. Stay motivated!
