Hi there,
I joined MFP in January as a way to keep track of my food & exercise. A while later, I started using some of the other features... and recently, I began checking in on the message boards. I'm not great at the whole social media thing so I'm likely going to be a bit slow at asking for new friends... but I've seen enough folks on chit-chat with a sense of humour to know I'm not the only warped one....
In January when I started my weight loss program, I weighed in at 283 lbs which is a bit much for a guy who is 5'11" but since then I've pared off 32 lbs (at my last weigh-in) so I'm making slow, steady progress.
