None. It's health food. Made of grapes.

Just remember that alcohol does inhibit fat from being burned. It doesn't help with weightloss but it's great every once in a while. I have either a beer or a glass of wine 2-3 times a week. My downfall is drinking mead (very high in calories since it's made from honey...but it's my fave).

Not trying to burst your bubble- but where did you get that info. I know a bottle of red wine has about 25 ounces and depending on alcohol content has between 500-550 calories. A 5 oz glass has at least 100. Measure at home to get an idea what 5 oz looks like- I thought I was drinking 3.5 oz glasses but boy was I wrong!
  • I do Weight Watcher's and 4 oz. is 2 points. So, it's about 100 calories for 4 oz.

Cabernet is about 140 cals/4-5 ozs. It's not so much the wine as the perpetual bloat from the alcohol. I've resorted to drinking mint tea from keeping myself from having a glass or bottle a night ...

I find whenever I haev alcohol, my weight is up the next day. I have to agree with Mojo, I drink herbal teas at night instead of an alcoholic drink. Lots of flavour and no calories
