Calorie goals on MFP change every day?

There are a lot of days where I eat pretty much the same thing. I have pretty bad ADD, so keeping to a routine and laying things out really helps keep me on track.

I noticed some days I seem to be closer to my daily calorie goal than others.

Looking back over my diary, I've found that some days my goal is 1900 calories, and the day after it could be 2100 calories, or even up to 2300 calories. It fluctuates daily.

Anyone know what causes this fluctuation?

    If you log cardio exercise it will increase your calorie allowance.

    Ah - gotcha. I thought my daily workout calories were pretty steady each day, so the numbers should be stable, but I guess they differ from day to day.

    If you want to log your exercise but keep your calorie goal consistent, just log it and manually enter '0' for calories burned.
