Hello MFP members,
I joined MFP a couple of weeks ago and it has helped knowing many experienced members who share their stories their triumphs. I am currently on a journey to undo many years of damage to my body (unhealthy eating and no physical activity) I remember being on my high school soccer and wrestling team and I think that was the point where I was most active and I would not say great shape but in some form of shape. Well now at 39 New Years day I remember weighing myself and almost having a heart attack when I saw what I tipped the scale at 320lbs. I had to change so I started the process of planning for it. Took about three months to forge and convince myself I could do it so on March 1, 2012 I started. I am about halfway today towards my goal. On my journey I have hit bumps and plateaus but I received help from many great people. So one of the sources that I use is Tom Venutto's Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle newsletter. There is a lot of great tips and this may help many people stuck on plateaus or who need the education for better decision making. I thought I would share with everyone, this is my little grain of sand in appreciation to everyone's help here on MFP.
