I'm posting this everywhere.
Am petrified.
Have had my TDEE worked out by a wonderful MFP user and have inputted everything into MFP.
According to the site it says I will GAIN half a pound a week if I eat at TDEE -15%.
I've hit a wall now for many months so am prepared to give this a go but wondered if anyone else on here is using 'eatmore2weighless' methods and seeing success?
I know there are people!!
Who are you?
Thanks
Amanda

This site is terrible for that, if I eat what this site tells me, I stall and don't lose any weight, it tells me 1500 per day NET. I'm at 1800 now and about to switch to 2000. Good luck, if you exercise a lot you will see results!0
