What's your niptuck game plan?

I'm not convinced that I'll undergo, or need to undergo, elective plastic surgery once I achieve my goal weight but the thought lingers periodically. For those of you that are considering this, what's your niptuck game plan? Some more specific questions: How will you mentally prep for it? How will you finance it? What procedures will you opt for? What is your recovery plan, and how will it fit into your personal life (e.g. family and kids) and work schedule (e.g. career or student responsibilities)? For the ladies, if you are planning on having children or more children, will you postpone going under the knife until your family is complete?
