I am a firefighter/Emt in Texas. I've been using my fitness for about a month now. I've lost 6.5lbs so far but the long work hours are getting the best of me. I could seriously use the motivation at this point.

Hi! I'm 28 and I have about 20-25lbs to lose. (I gained all of it when I began grad. school 4yrs ago.) This is THE YEAR that I WILL get rid of it!
I've been on MFP for a while, but I've been on/off. I'm really going to do my best to stick with it until I lose it all (and hopefully beyond that for a good while)...
Feel free to "friend" me! Best wishes on your journey, and congrats on the progress you've made thus far0
