Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip

Does anyone have a recipe for this?? I tried it the other day at Hy-Vee... ya know where they have those little stands with foods try sample? Well ever since then, I've been looking for a recipe to make it on my own. It was WAY expensive to buy it there... Any help?!
