I need ideas!

What is a good workout video or program that has helped you?! I want to lose weight but also tone up (i have the momma belly after having 3 kids lol )

    Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It is a 20 minute workout that you do every day for 30 days, and it's broken up into 3 levels. You do level 1 for the first 10 days, then level two for the next 10 days, then level 3 for the last 10. I'm on level 2 and it's ridiculous!! The changes in my body are unbelievable and I feel so strong. Each workout is on youtube for free. Search Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1 to get started.
