I have using MFP since last year, and have good results so far. 8 pounds lost, but I've hit a plateau.
I work out 5-6 times per week. 3 days of resistance training, and 3 days of cardio.
I (most of the time) stay within my calories for the day.
I cannot for the life of me get down past 238.
I have made my diary public for all to see in hopes someone can give me advice on what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Am I not eating ENOUGH calories? I am 6' 5".

Hitting a plateau can be the most frustrating thing in the world!
I have found that when it happens, I will change something up. It doesnt have to be drastic, just a small change will usually do the trick. If you have a consistant workout routine, make a change to it. If you eat the same breakfast each day, try something new. It will pass as long as you keep working towards it.
Good luck!0 -

This! Shaking things up a bit tends to shake the pounds loose for me.0
